1. Individual review and annotations of department-wide feedback on CPA policy proposals
2. Share responses and interpretations of feedback while keeping in mind the following:
   • Both models will be piloted in the fall, alongside the current model.
   • Actionable suggestions to help these pilots succeed?
   • Best practices or strategies for cohort leaders.
3. Time to regroup and share findings
4. Greg and Carl describe next steps for summer projects and briefly propose AY 25-26 CRC agenda.
